The Lemon granita syrup 5 l is a concentrate with a distinctly refreshing, slightly tangy profile, perfectly suited to selling frozen drinks in the summer season. The lemon flavour is associated with freshness, coolness and quick thirst-quenching, so it works well both as a standalone granita and as a base for mixing with other fruit variants. The light yellow colour of the drink attracts attention in the machine and looks great in transparent IceCup cups.

The 5 l pack allows you to prepare a large amount of ready drink for sale in ice cream shops, cafés, food trucks, points near beaches, swimming pools, promenades, amusement parks and at fairs and outdoor events. The recommended mixing ratio of 1:7, i.e. 1 litre of syrup to 7 litres of water, makes it easy to quickly prepare granita with a consistent taste and the right intensity.
