Granita syrup Pear 5 l is an interesting option for venues looking to expand their range with a milder, fruity flavour that is a little less obvious than classic lemon, cola or strawberry. As a result, it is ideal as a granita for children, teenagers and adults alike, especially where customers are looking for a delicate, refreshing drink on warm days.
The 5 l concentrate allows you to prepare a large amount of ready-to-sell granita for seasonal sales. The recommended mixing ratio of 1:7, i.e. 1 litre of syrup to 7 litres of water, makes it easy to achieve a consistent flavour and the right intensity. Pear syrup works well in ice cream parlours, cafés, food trucks, amusement parks, venues by beaches, swimming pools and promenades, as well as at fairs and outdoor events. It can be served on its own or combined with lemon, raspberry, strawberry, watermelon, mango or blue raspberry to create colourful flavour combinations.
Ready granita is best served in transparent IceCup 350 ml or 500 ml cups, which show off the drink’s colour well. For the delicate fruity taste of pear, both classic flat lids and more decorative designs work well: palm, rose, unicorn or spiral. Store the syrup in a cool, shaded place and use within 30 days after opening.
