Granita syrup Raspberry 5 l is a classic fruity concentrate with an intense flavour and appetising colour that works very well in seasonal sales. Raspberry is a flavour loved by children and adults alike - sweet, slightly tangy and distinctive, which makes granita made from it quickly associated with summer refreshment. It is a good choice for venues that want a recognisable fruity option suitable both for serving on its own and for mixing with other flavours.

The 5 l pack allows you to prepare a large amount of ready drink for the granita machine. The recommended 1:7 ratio, i.e. 1 litre of syrup to 7 litres of water, helps maintain a consistent flavour and the right intensity.
