Granita syrup Exotic Fruits 5 l is a concentrate for venues looking to introduce a flavour associated with tropical refreshment and summer lightness. The finished granita is green, which makes it stand out clearly in the machine and in transparent IceCup cups. It is an interesting alternative to classic flavours such as cola, lemon or raspberry, especially where customers prefer more fruity, summer-inspired combinations.

The concentrate comes in a 5 l pack and is intended for making granita and sorbet. The recommended mixing ratio is 1:7, i.e. 1 litre of syrup to 7 litres of water, which makes it easy to prepare a larger amount of drink with a consistent flavour. The syrup works well in ice cream parlours, cafés, food trucks, amusement parks, venues by swimming pools, beaches and promenades, as well as at fairs and outdoor events. Exotic fruits can be served on their own or combined with mango, passion fruit, lemon, lime, watermelon, blue raspberry or strawberry to create multicoloured compositions.
