Granita syrup Forest Fruits 5 l is an aromatic concentrate for venues wanting to offer customers a flavour associated with blueberries, raspberries, blackberries and summer fruit picked straight from the forest. It is a distinctive, slightly sweet and pleasantly fruity option, so it works well both as a stand-alone granita and as part of colourful combinations with other flavours. The 5 l pack allows you to prepare a large amount of granita or sorbet for seasonal sales. The recommended mixing ratio of 1:7, i.e. 1 litre of syrup to 7 litres of water, helps maintain a consistent flavour in the machine.
