Granita syrup Strawberry 5 l is one of the most recognisable and popular flavours in frozen drink sales. Classic strawberry evokes summer, the sweetness of ripe fruit and light refreshment, which is why it works well for both children and adults. The intense red colour of the granita catches the eye in the machine, and when poured into a transparent IceCup cup it looks appetising and highly marketable.
The 5 l concentrate is intended for making granita and sorbet. The recommended mixing ratio of 1:7, i.e. 1 litre of syrup to 7 litres of water, allows you to quickly obtain a large amount of ready drink with a consistent flavour. Strawberry works great in ice cream parlours, cafés, food trucks, venues by swimming pools, beaches, promenades, amusement parks and during fairs and outdoor events. It can be served on its own or combined with lemon, raspberry, watermelon, mango, orange, forest fruits or blue raspberry to create eye-catching layered compositions.
Ready strawberry granita is best served in 350 ml and 500 ml cups, especially with decorative designs such as rose, unicorn, flamingo, animals, palm or spiral. Store the syrup in a cool, shaded place and use within 30 days after opening. It is a must-have flavour for venues that want to offer classic, fruity and fast-moving refreshment on the menu.
