Granita syrup Pineapple 5 l is a concentrate with a tropical, sweet-refreshing flavour that is perfect for summer sales of frozen drinks. Pineapple immediately brings to mind holidays, the beach and exotic cocktails, so it works brilliantly as an attractive addition to classic flavours such as strawberry, cola or lemon. The finished granita has an appetising, sunny character and looks great in transparent IceCup goblets and cups.

The 5 l pack allows you to prepare a large amount of granita or sorbet for sale in ice cream parlours, cafés, food trucks, amusement parks, poolside points, beaches, promenades and during fairs and outdoor events. The recommended mixing ratio of 1:7, i.e. 1 litre of syrup to 7 litres of water, makes it easy to achieve a consistent flavour and the right drink intensity. Pineapple can be served on its own or combined with mango, orange, lime, lemon, watermelon, strawberry or blue raspberry to create colourful summer compositions.

Finished pineapple granita is best served in IceCup 350 ml and 500 ml goblets, especially with palm, flamingo, neon spiral or unicorn motifs.
