Granita syrup Kiwi 5 l is a fruity concentrate with a fresh, green colour and flavour that fits perfectly into a summer range of frozen drinks. Kiwi is associated with a light exotic note, juiciness and pleasant refreshment, so it can be an interesting alternative to classic lemon, cola or strawberry. The finished granita in a green shade looks very good in transparent IceCup goblets, especially when served alongside other contrasting flavours.
The concentrate has a 5 litre capacity and is intended for preparing granita and sorbet. The recommended mixing ratio is 1:7, i.e. 1 litre of syrup to 7 litres of water, which makes it easy to prepare a larger amount of drink for the machine and maintain a consistent flavour. Kiwi syrup is suitable for ice cream parlours, cafés, food trucks, amusement parks, poolside points, beaches, promenades and during fairs and outdoor events.
Kiwi granita combines well with lemon, lime, green apple, mango, pineapple, strawberry, raspberry or blue raspberry, allowing you to create colourful layered compositions.
