Granita syrup Mango 5 l is a concentrate with an intensely fruity, exotic character that is perfect for summer sales of frozen drinks. Mango is associated with sunshine, the tropics and sweet refreshment, so it works well as an attractive alternative to classic flavours such as cola, lemon or strawberry. The finished granita has an appetising, warm colour that looks impressive in the machine and in transparent IceCup goblets.

The 5 l pack allows you to prepare a large amount of granita or sorbet for sale in ice cream parlours, cafés, food trucks, amusement parks, poolside points, beaches, promenades and at fairs and outdoor events. The recommended mixing ratio of 1:7, i.e. 1 litre of syrup to 7 litres of water, makes it easy to achieve a consistent flavour and the right drink intensity in the machine. Mango tastes great on its own, but it can also be combined with pineapple, orange, lemon, lime, watermelon, strawberry, passion fruit or blue raspberry to create summer layered compositions.

Finished mango granita is best served in IceCup 350 ml and 500 ml goblets, especially with palm, flamingo, neon spiral, unicorn or a classic flat lid. Store the syrup in a cool, shaded place and use within 30 days after opening. It is a flavour for venues that want to add a tropical, sunny and highly visible granita to the menu.
