Granita syrup Watermelon 5 l is a concentrate with a light, juicy and typically summer flavour that is perfect for selling frozen drinks during hot days. Watermelon is associated with holidays, the beach, freshness and natural refreshment, which is why it is a flavour often chosen by children, teenagers and adults. The finished granita has an attractive, fruity character and looks very good in transparent IceCup goblets and cups.

The 5 l pack allows you to prepare a large amount of granita or sorbet for regular sales in ice cream parlours, cafés, food trucks, amusement parks, poolside points, promenades, beaches and during fairs and outdoor events. The recommended mixing ratio of 1:7, i.e. 1 litre of syrup to 7 litres of water, makes it easy to achieve a consistent flavour and the right drink intensity in the machine. Watermelon tastes great on its own, but it can also be combined with lemon, lime, strawberry, raspberry, mango, pineapple, cola or blue raspberry to create colourful layered compositions.

Finished watermelon granita is best served in IceCup 350 ml and 500 ml goblets, especially with palm, flamingo, unicorn, neon spiral or a classic flat lid. Store the syrup in a cool, shaded place and use within 30 days after opening. It is a good choice for sellers who want to offer customers a fruity, light and strongly summer-inspired granita.
