Granita syrup Apple and Blackcurrant 5 l is a distinctive combination of fruity freshness with a deeper, slightly tart note. Apple gives the finished granita a juicy and light character, while blackcurrant strengthens the flavour and adds a more intense, dessert-like profile. It is an interesting option for venues that want to expand the offer with a variant that is less obvious than classic strawberry, lemon or cola, yet still well known and eagerly chosen by customers.

The concentrate in a 5 l pack is intended for preparing granita and sorbet. The recommended mixing ratio of 1:7, i.e. 1 litre of syrup to 7 litres of water, allows you to quickly prepare a larger amount of drink for the machine and maintain a consistent flavour in sales. Apple with blackcurrant works well in ice cream parlours, cafés, food trucks, amusement parks, poolside points, promenades, beaches and at fairs and outdoor events.

The finished granita can be served on its own or combined with other granita syrups, e.g. lemon, lime, raspberry, strawberry, watermelon, green apple or blue raspberry. The intense fruity character looks great in transparent IceCup 350 ml and 500 ml goblets, both with a flat lid and with more decorative designs: rose, unicorn, flamingo, palm or spiral. Store the syrup in a cool, shaded place and use within 30 days after opening.
