Personal data protection

1. The administrator of personal data is Krzysztof Swakoń Heureka, ul. Lwowska 16, 34-100 Wadowice, Poland, NIP 5510005542, REGON 120476511
2. The personal data provided is processed on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a), letter b) and letter f) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: "General Data Protection Regulation" or "GDPR").
3. The processing of personal data is necessary to conclude and perform the contract (provision of electronic services) or to take steps prior to the conclusion of the contract, including in particular for the purpose of:
   • creating and managing an Account;
   • service and implementation of the Order;
   • performing the payment process;
   • handling complaints and applications submitted via the contact form;
   • making contact in connection with the performance of the contract (provision of the service);
   • adding opinions on products;
4. The processing of personal data takes place on the basis of the Users' or Customers' consent given voluntarily and consciously in relation to the specific purpose of data processing clearly and specifically indicated in the content of this consent.

Regardless of the form of placing the order (with or without registration), we ask the customer for an email address and data necessary to complete the order: name, surname, street, house number, apartment number, postal code, city and telephone number, and in the case of business activity, also its name and tax identification number. The last step of registering an account is accepting these regulations.
6. By contacting us using the contact form, you provide us with data such as your name, company name, order number and e-mail address to which we should send the answer. These data are used only for contact in a given case, for the time necessary to handle the request and are not collected or processed by the Data Administrator.
7. During your visit to our website, data about your visit is automatically collected, e.g. your IP address, domain name, browser type, operating system type, etc. These data will be used only for statistical purposes.
8. If you have subscribed to our newsletter or otherwise agreed to receive it, you will receive advertising and promotional messages from us by e-mail regarding the company's offer.
9. The data controller will not resell our clients' personal data to third parties. The data collected during registration will be processed only to enable you to log into our system, make a possible purchase and to perform the contract. Personal data placed in the Administrator's database are processed only for its needs, they are not and will not be made available to other external entities.

If you have purchased goods, you may receive messages from us regarding the status of your order  and occasional advertising and promotional messages related to the store's offer, if you have previously agreed to receive this type of information. We may also contact you by phone if we have important information regarding your order and it will be necessary for its implementation.
11. The customer is entitled to:
    • the right to access your data and receive a copy thereof,
    • the right to rectify (correct) your data,
    • the right to delete data, limit data processing,
    • the right to object to data processing,
    • the right to transfer data.
      For this purpose, please contact us at: sklep@icecup.pl . In addition, after logging into the system, you can make changes or delete your personal data collected during registration and used to log into the system and send the newsletter.
      The customer also has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of his personal data at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing, which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;
12. The Administrator's databases are encrypted and protected against unauthorized access by third parties. Data processing is carried out only with the participation of persons having the necessary authorization to process data in this respect. Entrusting data to external entities is carried out on the basis of relevant contracts for entrusting the processing of personal data.
13. Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to complete transactions on the sklepicecup.pl website and consider complaints and are processed for the duration of the customer's account in the store.
14. The sklepicecup.pl website uses cookies. These are small text files sent by the web server and stored by the browser's computer software. When the browser reconnects to the site, the site recognizes the type of device the user is connecting from. Parameters allow only the server that created them to read the information contained in them. Therefore, cookies facilitate the use of previously visited websites.
    The information collected concerns the IP address, type of browser used, language, type of operating system, Internet service provider, information about time and date, location and information sent to the website via the contact form.
15. The collected data is used to monitor and check how users use our websites to improve the functioning of the website, ensuring more effective and trouble-free navigation. We monitor information about users using the Google Analytics tool, which records user behavior on the website. The service provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
    Cookies identify the user, which allows him to adjust the content of the website he uses to his needs. By remembering his preferences, it enables the appropriate matching of advertisements addressed to him. We use cookies to guarantee the highest standard of convenience of our website, and the collected data is used only within Krzysztof Swakoń Heureka in order to optimize activities.
